Our GuaranteeWe guarantee every product we check or repair, whether it is a new or used Torah scroll, Tefillin or Mezuzahs. Of course, each matter is an individual case, but we stand behind all the items we handle - for years to come.
If there is a kashrus problem, like the parchment was originally not kosher, we guarantee to exchange it.
If an item is not kosher from the start like extra or missing letters we are required to fix the problem. If it is not possible to make the product kosher, we will replace it.
This guarantee does not include damage which occurred over time, like letters getting rubbed out from heat or parchment wearing out and so on.
Any question regarding the kashrus of a problem will be decided by Rabbi Chaim Pesach Horowitz shlit"a, a Rabbi from the Ashdod Rabinate.
