How to Order via the Site
As you're shopping in Tiferes st"am and you've decided on items you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add to cart." Once you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, follow the Checkout process.
Payment:
Choose one of the five payment options:
1. Call-in: One of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours to complete your purchase.
2. Order by credit card: Enter all the required information through our site.
3. Fax-in: You can send a fax to our office with your credit card information and we will process it here.
4. Bank transfer or deposit: Orders can be paid through our bank account. Our account information is:

Pagi's US$ correspondents include the major New York banks: Citibank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Bankers.

Shipping Methods:
After you complete all the steps to order a product and the payment went through we will ship out the products.
There are two shipping methods.
1. EMS express air-mail: This messenger service can take up to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays in Israel and abroad.
2. Registered air-mail: We will ship the products registered with the Israeli postal service, which can take up to 14 days.
Sifrei Torah and other valuable products are sent only using EMS services.
Handling fee and shipment cost will be calculated according to the products purchased in our store.
Follow-up:
Enter the "My account" page in order to view your orders and the stage they are in (pending, if the item was sent, by whom delivered, when it's expected to arrive and so on.)
Cancellations:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Not including shipping and handling fees. Any additional costs resulting from returns are the responsibility of the customer. You must send us an email at service@t-stam.com to authorize the return.
After the cancellation is confirmed the item needs to be sent back to the address given.
Depending on the product, the item must be in the original package or in the original condition that it was received from Tiferes Sta"m institute. There may be additional costs for items not sent back in the way requested
This policy does not include special orders, like mantles with a name in memory of, embroidered on. These items are not returnable.
If the product needs to be returned because it's damaged, you will not be charged for shipping and handling.
Membership:
When you click on "My account" you can register as a member. As a member you can be updated on our special sales for our preferred customers.
When you return to purchase at our site you will not have to fill out all your information again, but be able to enter your account by only typing in your password.
Guarantee:
We guaranteed all our products. If there is a kashrus problem, like the parchment was originally not kosher, we guarantee to exchange it.
If an item is not kosher from the start like extra or missing letters we are required to fix the problem. If it is not possible to make the product kosher, we will replace it.
This guarantee does not include damage which occurred over time, like letters getting rubbed out from heat or parchment wearing out and so on.
Any question regarding the kashrus of a problem will be decided by Rabbi Chaim Pesach Horowitz shlit"a, a Rabbi from the Ashdod Rabinate.
