By visiting or shopping at our site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Every customer affirms that he has read and understood these terms. Therefore he or an advocate cannot come with any complaints against Tiferes Sta"m. If Tiferes Sta"m does not follow the terms written here, they are responsible for their actions.
Tiferes Sta"m has the right to revise these terms at any time.
Product availability:
Every order requires the item to be in stock. Our company tries its best to keep the store up to date. However in the case that the item you have chosen is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone.
Purchasing an item:
After the potential buyer orders a product, he will receive an email with the details of the order. This does not obligate the buyer to purchase the item. This email confirms all the details of the order.
After all the details of the credit card or any other choice of payment are verified, Tiferes Sta"m will start the process of the purchase. This is only applicable to an item in stock as written before.
If it turns out that the product's description or picture is not accurate, the order may be cancelled without extra cost.
It is against the law for any customer to put in false personal information. If Tiferes Sta"m does realize that the information of a customer is not accurate and because of this the product was returned to us, shipping and handling will be charged.
Delivery
All orders can be expected to be delivered within 14 business days. Tiferes Sta"m will do its utmost to quicken the process.
Tiferes Sta"m is not responsible for any circumstances due to other companies or services involved in the delivery which will cause the delivery to be delayed, such as: if an item was held by tax officials, a mistake was made with the recipient's address or there was a problem with making contact with the customer due to the computer and/or phone not being in order.
If there are extra charges on a product such as extra charges for taxes or because the price was raised on a product in the time between the purchase and actual process, Tiferes Sta"m has the right to cancel all or part of the order, due to the increase of the price on the product.
Shipping Methods:
After you complete all the steps to order a product and the payment went through we will ship out the products.
There are two shipping methods.
1. EMS express air-mail: This messenger service can take up to 3-4 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays in Israel. Price includes insurance.
2. Registered air-mail: We will ship the products registered with the Israeli postal service, which can take up to 10 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays in Israel.
Sifrei Torah and other costly products are sent only using EMS services.
Handling fee and shipment cost will be calculated according to the products purchased in our store.
Shipping in Israel will only be sent through "Registered air-mail."

Choose one of the five payment options:
1. Call-in: One of our representatives will contact you with in 24 hours to complete your purchase.
2. Order by credit card: Enter all the required information through our site.
3. Fax-in: You can send a fax to our office with your credit card information and we will process it here.
4. Bank transfer or deposit: Orders can be paid through our bank account. Our account information is:

5. Pay-Pal: You can also pay through Pay-Pal an international company where you pay with a credit card in a more secured fashion.
Our site is secured by SSL protocol for safe purchasing. We also have access to the IP numbers of those who visit our site. Any encounter of fraud, will be dealt with according to law.
Cancellations:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. Any additional costs resulting from returns are the responsibility of the customer. You must send us an email to service@t-stam.com to authorize the return.
After the cancellation is confirmed the item can be sent back to the address given.
Depending on the product, the item must be in the original package or in the original condition that it was received from Tiferes Sta"m. There may be additional costs for items not sent back in the way requested
This policy does not include special custom made orders, such as mantles with custom embroidery. These products are not returnable.
If the product needs to be returned because it's damaged, you will not be charged for shipping and handling.
Guarantee:
We guarantee all our products. If there is a kashrus problem, i.e., the parchment was originally not kosher, we guarantee to exchange it.
If an item is not kosher from the start i.e., if there are extra or missing letters, we are required to fix the problem. If it is not possible to make the product kosher, we will replace it.
This guarantee does not include damage which occurred over time, such as letters getting rubbed out from heat or parchment wearing out, etc.
Any question regarding the kashrus of a problem will be decided by Rabbi Chaim Pesach Horowitz shlit"a, a Rabbi from the Ashdod Rabbinate.
